RPM is powered by volunteers from the First Settlers and Shenandoah Regions. Whether you can assist for one shift or throughout the event, your support helps make the Richmond Porsche Meet possible.

Registration and Guest Check-In
Welcome attendees and help distribute credentials at the main event.
Parking and Vehicle Corral Support
Guide vehicles to display areas and keep the show field organized.
People’s Choice Voting Support
Answer questions and help voters use their Voting ID and Voting PIN.
Autocross Operations
Assist with grid, course, and timing operations for the autocross event.
Sponsor and Vendor Support
Help sponsors and vendors settle in and stay supported throughout the day.
Hospitality and Lunch Support
Keep the hospitality and lunch areas running smoothly for guests and volunteers.
Pace Laps and Fun Run Staging
Support staging, line-up, and release for pace laps and the fun run.
Event Setup and Breakdown
Help set up before the event and break down after the awards ceremony.
General Event Operations
Fill in where needed and be a friendly face for the RPM community.
